Payment Methods

Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Services may not be completed or released until full payment is received.

Refunds

Refunds are provided only under specific circumstances and at the discretion of HWS Towing. If a service was not completed or was incorrectly billed, please contact us to resolve the issue.

Late or Non-Payment

Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees. Repeat non-payment may lead to refusal of future service.
