Introduction

By using the services of HWS Towing, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms govern the use of our towing and roadside assistance services.

Services

HWS Towing provides towing, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, and related services. Service availability may vary based on location, weather, or other operational factors.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate vehicle and location information and ensure that the vehicle is accessible and safe for towing. All personal items should be removed from the vehicle before service.

Payments

All payments are due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Service cancellations must be made at least one (1) hour prior to the scheduled service time.

• Cancellations made less than an hour before scheduled arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• If a driver has already been dispatched or arrived on-site, a dispatch fee may apply.

Liability

While we handle all vehicles with care, HWS Towing is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our services. Liability for damages caused during service is limited to the cost of service or repair.

Modifications

HWS Towing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
